Order Processing
We take pride in preparing your order with care. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please note: Our team does not process orders during weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timelines
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to most global destinations.
Estimated Delivery: Typically 5–12 business days, depending on your local postal service and region.
Potential Delays: While we aim for prompt delivery, please understand that transit times may occasionally be extended due to customs inspections, carrier peak seasons, or high volume periods.
Where We Ship
Inovello currently ships to most international locations. If we are unable to facilitate a delivery to your specific region, you will be notified immediately during the checkout process.
Tracking Your Purchase
Stay updated on your order’s journey in real-time. After your tracking number is issued, please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to update the status in their system.
Note: Inovello is not liable for transit delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance procedures, or clerical errors made during the checkout process.
Shipping Guidelines & Requirements
To guarantee a successful delivery, please review the following:
No P.O. Boxes: We require a physical street address for all shipments; we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping details. Inovello is not responsible for lost packages or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address entries.
Modifications: We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered the processing phase.
Returned Packages: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to cover the additional shipping costs for a second delivery attempt.
For all approved returns, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Returned items must be in acceptable condition and include all original components and packaging whenever possible. Products showing excessive damage, misuse, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, replacement brush heads, opened oral accessories, and certain personal care items may not be eligible for return or resale.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, so our team can assist you promptly.
Inovello reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or show signs of misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
